RMEB Realty recently sold a Fort Collins town home, saving the owner from foreclosure. The owner contacted Rocky Mountain Estate Brokers Inc. to liquidate his personal property. When they arrived at the property to investigate, the owner let them know that he had been unable to make his mortgage payments due to health problems. After unsuccessfully listing the property for sale conventionally, he gave up and was resigned to foreclosure.
